FUTO Appoints New DVC Academic.

The Governing Council of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) has approved the appointment of Professor (Mrs) Nnenna Oti as the first female Deputy Vice-Chancellor (DVC), Academics of the institution.

She succeeds Professor N. J. Okeudo whose tenure has elapsed.

Prof. Oti, a reputable professor of Soil Science and Technology, was until her latest appointment, the Dean of Post-Graduate School (PGS) of FUTO.

The choice of the Senate, ably led by Professor Francis C. Eze over her appointment, has been overwhelmingly commended by all concerned.

The FUTO Community congratulates Prof. Oti who has obviously distinguished herself in both humanity and academics.
